Does anyone treat small dollar contracts <$4,000 any differently from other contracts as far Risk review.

Our departments are getting frustrated with a lot of the paperwork, COIs, business lic., etc?

Santa Barbara recently approved the use of credit cards for purchases up to $2,500.

No I dont treat them any differently. they are worth same amount of risk like any other contract.
