12/30/2020 Shared Data Services Agreements
Hi all. I'm looking for any samples of insurance/indemnity language any of you have used for shared data services agreements. These would be agreements where the public entity is utilizing third-party online data services (in this case library materials check-out services). I'm particularly concerned about language addressing privacy data breaches and damage/loss of City data residing on third-party vendor servers. Thank you!
