In efforts to assess and implement best practices in the selection of sworn police officer we would ask that you answer the following:

1. Does your agency have any policy or guidelines on the composition of oral board raters for the hiring process?  For example, do you require external raters outside the agency; raters from other city departments; diversity of panel members, etc.?
