09/29/2021 COVID-19 Vaccination Mandates

Hey all, Council has asked me to put together an employee vaccination mandate for them to consider adopting. Anyone else dealing with this? Anyone have vaccination mandates in place already and willing to share the policy and any accompanying forms (for example, medical or religious exemption request forms)? Thanks.

Hi Betsy - our initial vaccination policy is attached. It is being updated and I will share that version once available. We are using Shaw Consulting to assist with the process. City of Bakersfield has not been asked to consider at this time.  If you utilize NeoGov, I believe HR indicated there were some forms in the NeoGov System for the exemptions.  Let me see if I can find them and I will send them to you.
